TOP DRIVE
Penggunaan top drive dapat membuat kegiatan pengeboran lebih cepat, efisien, dan juga lebih hemat. PDSI pun selalu menggunakan peralatan ini di setiap lapangan pengeborannya. Di tahun 2016, PDSI memiliki sebanyak 22 unit top drive. Dari jumlah tersebut, 14 unit berkapasitas 500 ton, sementara 8 unit lainnya berkapasitas 250 ton.Terhitung sejak tahun 2017, PDSI menyatukan unit usaha top drive ke dalam jasa penyewaan rig. Dengan begitu, rencana kerja top drive masuk ke dalam setiap rencana kerja rig. Dari 22 unit top drive, hampir setengahnya dipergunakan di wilayah kerja Pertamina EP, sementara sebagian lainnya di Pertamina Geothermal Energy.

FISHING SPECIALIST
Dalam pengeboran tidak tertutup kemungkinan terlepas atau tertinggalnya peralatan di dalam lubang, sehingga diperlukan tindakan memancing (fishing jobs). Untuk proses tersebut diperlukan jenis, ukuran, dan bentuk peralatan pancing (fishing tools) yang sesuai dengan lubang pengeboran.PDSI memiliki peralatan pancing dalam berbagai ukuran dan jenis. Keberadaan peralatan fishing standard ini untuk melengkapi peralatan rig sesuai yang dipersyaratkan.
CORING SPECIALIST
Untuk memastikan ada atau tidaknya hidrokarbon atau lapisan produktif pada suatu formasi diperlukan kegiatan coring yang cermat. Sejak tahun 2015, PDSI telah mengembangkan kompetensi personilnya untuk melakukan pekerjaan tersebut. Guna menggenapi layanan, PDSI juga memiliki peralatan coring job sebanyak 6 set yang terdiri dari 3 set coring tools dengan ukuran 6-3/4” dan 3 set coring tools dengan ukuran 5-3/4”.

H2S MONITORING
Keberadaan gas H2S (hidrogen sulfida) di area pengeboran merupakan bahaya yang serius dan mematikan, sehingga pendeteksian dan pemantauannya menjadi sangat penting. Saat ini PDSI memiliki 6 unit H2S Monitoring. Peralatan tersebut beroperasi untuk mendukung kebutuhan proyek pengeboran geothermal semi IPM di Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE).1

WATER PUMP
Water pump adalah unit peralatan penunjang pemboran yang berfungsi sebagai pemasok air untuk keperluan di lokasi pemboran. Water pump mengirimkan air dengan volume yang cukup dari sumber air ke lokasi pemboran. Air di lokasi pemboran harus tersedia dengan jumlah cukup, baik pada saat beroperasi normal maupun pada saat terjadi loss sirkulasi baik partial maupun total loss. PUSAT LOGISTIK BERIKAT (PLB)
Dengan harapan dapat mendukung terciptanya efisiensi operasional migas bagi seluruh pelakunya, PDSI membuka dan mengelola Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) pendukung industri migas dan panas bumi. DIRECTIONAL DRILLING

INDONESIA DRILLING TRAINING CENTER (IDTC)
Merupakan training centre yang dimiliki oleh PDSI. Drilling Center ini digunakan bagi pekerja baru untuk OJT (on the job training) sehingga mereka dapat mengenal RIG sebelum terjun ke lapangan. Selain itu, DTC juga sering digunakan untuk melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan baik pelatihan internal PDSI maupun eksternal.

PIPE MANAGEMENT
Salah satu komponen utama Rig Pemboran adalah System Rotary (Rotating System). Kehandalan Rig Pemboran sangat ditentukan oleh sistem rotarynya. Salah satu komponen kritikal di sistem ini adalah drill string. Drill String berfungsi untuk meneruskan putaran ke drilling bit (pahat) yang akan menembus lapisan formasi selain itu drill string juga berfungsi sebagai media alir mud/lumpur pemboran dari permukaan hingga ke dasar lubang. Oleh karena itu kehandalan dari drill string ini sangat diperhatikan.PDSI Pipe Management (PPM) merupakan salah satu terobosan terbaik yang telah diciptakan oleh insan mutu PDSI dalam mempersiapkan kehandalan drill string sesuai strandard DS-1 std Cat.4 dan DS-1 std Cat 3-5, dan menjalankan roda bisnis dengan baik. Beberapa pelayanan jasa yang meliputi:

- - Jasa Pemeliharaan dan Inspeksi Tubular good.
